Bricklayer
Bricklayers perform skilled masonry work, building, altering and repairing brick, stone, tile or ceramic structures and surfaces.
​
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Repairs, maintains and alters buildings, retaining walls and other brick or stone edifices.
Mixes mortar; lays bricks and/or stones
Patches and/or replaces brick or stonework.
Reads blueprints.
Estimates masonry jobs.
Does carpentry work incidental to masonry work.
Assigns work to a helper or apprentice.

Operator
Duties include controlling the operation of the pump and the output of concrete by directing the boom. They are also responsible for getting the machine to and from the job site and making sure the pump is ready for the next job.

laborer
Perform tasks involving physical labor for concrete and masonry construction projects. May operate a variety of hand and power tools. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces and concrete forms, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris and remove waste materials. May assist other craft workers.

Foreman
Work closely with job Superintendent to ensure success of project from beginning to end.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Creation of new jobs in all software programs
Development of job budgets and Schedule of Values based on TSI from Estimator
Review and execute contracts along with other documentation required by GC
Create RFC’s and follow up as necessary
Assist in ordering material as needed by Superintendent and/or Foreman
Involvement required in shop drawing requests and follow up
Participate in pre-con schedules and agendas for new projects
Review changes and updates throughout project and communicate to field
Review budgets and cost-to-dates; work with Superintendent and Project Managers on projections
