We are thrilled to share that we were recently awarded The Barlow project in Plainfield, IN. The Barlow will be complete in 2020.
Located in downtown Plainfield, construction is currently underway. An integral part of the Town of Plainfield’s Downtown Redevelopment Plan, The Barlow brings housing, additional commercial tax base, and investment to the area.
Located on the northwest corner of S. Avon Avenue and Main Street (U.S. 40), the gateway project will welcome residents and visitors to downtown Plainfield. The Barlow is a four-story, architecturally significant building, and includes 116 modern apartments, more than 3,000 square feet of commercial space, and a surface parking lot with 154 spaces. Additional improvements include a walkable streetscape with urban landscaping and quality of life enhancements.
